Waterlynn Ridge welcomes your four-legged family member/s. A part of caring for your family pet means being a "good neighbor" (courteous and respectful of others). Please take a moment to read our pet-friendly guidelines:

• What size family pet may reside at Waterlynn Ridge? Seventy-five (75) pounds fully-grown.
• The Who's Who of Pets? Yes, only those pet(s) identified on the signed lease addendum will occupy the premises - the Waterlynn Ridge staff considers your pet part of our community. We allow 2 pets per resident, and we request a photograph of your pets at move-in for our records.
